JALAPENO & CHEESE STUFFED GARLIC BREAD
These ooey gooey cheese breads are loaded with flavour and are super soft on the inside and are buttery and crunchy on the outside. The bread is stuffed with chopped jalapenos, olives and mozzarella cheese and the outside of the dough is slathered with garlic butter making it a perfect savoury tea time snack!
Bread improver 2 gms
Water 130 gms
Mozzarella 175 gms
Olives (sliced) 20 gms
Jalapenos 35 gms
Garlic (chopped) 25 gms
Olive oil 35 gms
Oregano Seasoning 5 gms
Chilli flakes 5 gms
Preheat oven to 210C and grease baking tray with oil/ parchment paper.
Mix all the dry ingredients, add water and knead in slow speed for 4 mins.
Mix oil and knead for an additional 2 mins.
Divide and Shape the dough into rounds and cover it with a wet cloth for 15 mins .
Make the garlic butter by combining softened butter, olive oil and chopped garlic .
Roll the dough into a circle (roughly 6 inch) and stuff it with jalapeno, olives and cheese.
Fold the dough and tightly pinch the edges together with water.
Apply the garlic butter on top and sprinkle chilli flakes over the dough.
Proof the bread for 15 mins.
Bake at 200c for 12 to 14 mins.
