COCONUT FLOUR COOKIES The Select Aisle

 Ingredients:

  • The Select Aisle’s Coconut flour - 43g (1/3 cup)
  • Honey - 35g (2½ tbsp)
  • Butter- 32g (¼ cup)
  • The Select Aisle’s Milk Compound Chips - 64g (½ cup)
  • The Select Aisle’s Vanilla flavour- 5g (1 tsp)
  • Pinch of Salt

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C.
  2. Add the butter, honey, vanilla flavour and salt and mix them well.
  3. Then fold the coconut flour and chocochips.
  4. Scoop out the cookie dough and place them on a parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 165°C for 22 minutes.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely before you enjoy them..!
